I’m the first to admit I’m a pretty terrible draftsman, especially when it comes to drawing people. ESPECIALLY when it comes to drawing anyone who’s not kind of an old man… Here are a few of the various versions of Rachel I went through before more or less deciding on the bottom one.
The first one is pretty hideous - like an old woman rather than a young girl. The second one was a bit better. Then there were a few that were just a bit too old (the third one is a bit like Kira Knightly?). Finally decided on a bit paler, slightly less disheveled Rachel. We’ll see how she animates…

I actually have 17 minutes of it “finished” but the second half is much less polished. I’m also only about a third of the way through the whole film. Yay for … like… 3 years of my life yet before it’s done… weee….
